

Rev. Brandon Benson
Recovery Pastor
Reverend Brandon Benson is the devoted founder and pastoral guide of Reconciliation Whole Way House, a faith-based addiction recovery program he established in 2021 in Oliver Springs, Tennessee. As shepherd of the Reconciliation ministry, Rev. Benson draws on his deep spirituality, substantial theological education, and compassion for others to counsel men struggling with substance abuse and help put them on the path of wisdom that leads to long-term success.
Rev. Benson feels called to share the gospel and exemplify its teachings so that the men under his guidance may build a profound relationship with Jesus Christ, experience the transformative power of faith, and embrace their roles as heads of their households. His deepest desire is for those who come to Reconciliation Whole Way House to know Christ and become the leaders of their families that God intends them to be.
Rev. Benson holds an Associate of Arts in Religious Studies from Liberty University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He obtained his Master of Divinity with a concentration in Leadership and Church Ministries. Rev. Benson plans to continue his theological training in pursuit of an Doctorate of Ministry focused on Addiction Recovery and Biblical Counseling.

Natalie Benson
Prayer Warrior
Natalie Benson brings her expansive background in intercessory prayer and discerning spirit to her vital role leading the prayer team at Reconciliation Whole Way House. Through ceaseless appeals to God's mercy and divine wisdom, Mrs. Benson spiritually undergirds the ministry's work of holistic addiction recovery.
Leveraging her tender compassion for the brokenhearted and gift for perceiving true motivations, Mrs. Benson uplifts the entire Reconciliation community in prayer. Her petitions for divine guidance grant ministry leadership critical discernment while her prayers of gratitude sanctify Reconciliation's mission.
With deep understanding that spiritual warfare requires spiritual weaponry, Mrs. Benson rallies the prayer team to come before God's throne so the Holy Spirit may guide every dimension of the organization. Her stewardship of this critical effort has strengthened the ministry's foundations and accelerated its Kingdom impact.
Reconciliation Whole Way House owes much of its life-changing effectiveness to the power of prayer Mrs. Benson helps harness. Her discerning heart, selfless spirit, and steadfast intercession multiply the ministry's capacity to spark transformative healing in the lives of hurting men. Lorraine Loy
Treasurer
Lorraine brings decades of accomplished experience in marketing and accounting to her vital role as Business Manager for Reconciliation Whole Way House. Leveraging her discerning vision and skill for coordinating complex initiatives, Ms. Loy serves as a prudent steward of the ministry's resources. She works diligently behind the scenes managing finances, overseeing fundraising and awareness campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ms. Loy has a keen analytical mind, always looking for ways to refine processes and drive enhanced results. Yet she also has a humble servant's heart, dedicating her time and talents to the ministry's greater purpose. Her caring approach builds rapport and community across the organization.
With sophistication honed through many years of success paired with the wisdom to use her gifts for the glory of God's work, Ms. Loy is a priceless asset to Reconciliation Whole Way House. Her blend of marketing savvy, fiscal responsibility, and compassionate service enables the ministry to focus on transforming lives while she mindfully tends to the essential details. The ministry is blessed to have Ms. Loy applying her diverse expertise and spiritual devotion to furthering its mission.

Trevor Irizarry
Executive Director
Trevor Irizarry has been an invaluable Reconciliation Whole Way House team member since 2024. He is currently serving as Executive Director. With contagious optimism and tireless devotion, Mr. Irizarry creates an uplifting atmosphere where program participants can flourish in their recovery.
Through his deep spiritual commitment and passion for uplifting others, Mr. Irizarry exemplifies what it means to face life's battles in earnest prayer rather than raised fists. He understands that true and lasting change comes through God's strength, not our own. Mr. Irizarry's steadfast faith is a reminder that with God's help, no obstacle is insurmountable.
Mr. Irizarry stands alongside the men of Reconciliation Whole Way House, believing wholly in their innate worth and capacity for redemption. With compassion that stems from his own trials and triumphs, he provides both practical and moral support as they walk the path of restoration.
